"Switched to StateFarm and haven’t looked back. Great rates and customer service, my agent Chase made the transition smooth, easy, and I felt super informed about my coverage which includes home and auto with an umbrella. Nearly everything is automated and can be completed via mobile app and anything that isn’t is a simple phone call to my agent. Haven’t had to make a claim yet, but I know when the time comes they’ll be waiting to facilitate a resolution. 10/10 would recommend to a friend."

"I have spoken to Kim multiple times about getting my account updated, so I can have my payments fixed. She got very rude and snarky with me today. The gall! How do you find the nerve within your nervous system that gives you the audacity to cut my off and have an attitude when a mistake was made in your office on my account that I have been overpaying on for months, patiently waiting for the issue to be resolve? Make it make sense! I would not recommend this office to my friends, family, or even a rude person like Kim who treats people this way!"
