"I have been with USAA for years and they were always a great insurance company but the rates kept increasing. We were able to get almost identical policies for home and auto for 30% less with Chase at State Farm. He is personable and answered about 2000 questions from me without any issues. Switching over was painless and they have a decent app. I would recommend."

The rate I received from the online quote system was great and Chase managed to tie everything I needed and more together. I appreciate his patience with all my questions, and he did a phenomenal job making everything make sense! He was persistent in his follow-up, and extended his availability long after his “hours of operation” to ensure I had every box of mines checked off!
